As the Ray White awards year (July 1 to June 30) nears its close, it was the perfect time for us to collaborate with the Ray White Papanui team to reflect on the past year and set new goals. These goals include strategies for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and fostering repeat business, which are the lynchpins of our success and what sets our team apart. We also had Flicity Gray Mindset Mentor and Holistic Wellness Advocate come in as a guest speaker and Aimy East HR specialist come in to present the outcome of our teams recent vision and values survey. It wouldn’t be a business planning day without a few fun break out games and a delicious (and nutritious) lunch from The Lunchbox Catering Co Christchurch. I’m absolutely delighted to have achieved Ray White’s Elite milestone for the 2023/2024 year, placing me in the top 3% within the Ray White group. Thank you to everyone who has referred me on to their Christchurch friends, family and neighbours this year, enlisted me to sell their own home or investment property, or simply asked for some advice on what they are thinking of doing. It’s an honour to be able to help you all. I am beyond grateful and honoured to be awarded a Ray White New Zealand Customer Experience Award for June - December 2023. It’s incredibly humbling to be recognised for something I’m so passionate about. I couldn’t have achieved this without the amazing Maria Paterson and also the trust of all our wonderful clients who choose to put the sale of their home in our hands. Mondays are our FAVOURITE day of the week. We love kicking off the week working with buyers, lining up the week’s open homes, negotiating for the best possible price for our vendors and seeing happy faces when deals are done. Tell me.
