I've always liked the topography near Bella Vista. Looks like there will be some great new places to ride. Has anyone seen any data on the economic impact of the mountain bike trails in NW Arkansas? I have co-authored a study specific to the Hayward/Cable area so I find this type of data fascinating.

I don't know of any studies published BUT.... We just purchased a house down there because we love the riding, culture, food, and weather. I would never consider purchasing without all the bike trails. The house even has direct access to the trail system from the backyard. We completely setup the house for biking and have just got started renting it. Check it out! http://airbnb.com/h/bentonvillebikestay

Hey Scott, can you provide a link to the Hayward/Cable study you co-authored?

Scott Chapin let me see if I can find it for you but I’m pretty sure they have done a study to show the economic impact that cycling has had on the region!

This is something that the bicycle industry needs to follow. I suspect this refers to OEM "modes" and not intended for "post sale customer" alterations (speed and power modifications) https://lnkd.in/gJSKUBvQ

I don't think anyone totally realizes the effect Caitlin Clark has had on women's basketball (yet) I stopped by the local farm I buy eggs from. The farm is owned by a local bachelor farmer in his 60s. I pull up and notice he refinished the antiquated basketball hoop on his garage. I did not expect to see this. Left smiling...still smiling! I recently had a major career milestone. My 30 year anniversary working for MMA was this week. I started my career working for The First Agency, which had a dozen or so employees. RJF purchased The First Agency which was beneficial in my career growth. Lastly, about 20 years ago MMA purchased RJF. Again, utilizing the MMA tools, leverage, and efficiencies helped me grow my Bicycle Industry Insurance Program. I want to thank all my colleagues and mentors who helped me grow professionally. I’ve been joking it is hard to believe I have 30 years in at the same job….since I am only 39 years old. https://lnkd.in/gRd3PCPA
