Missouri Troops Assist with 3,000 Migrant Encounters…
After nearly three months at the southern border, members of the Missouri National Guard and the Highway Patrol are back home tonight. Governor Parson called the mission a success, with National Guard members providing security and monitoring along the border. Missouri troops assisted with more than 3,000 encounters with migrants, while the Highway Patrol worked with Texas' Department of Public Safety to conduct over 1,400 traffic stops and apprehend more than 500 migrants.
