The hotel is just outside the centre but not too far. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are all great, the breakfast is lovely and the bar is clearly one of the best in the entire city judging by all the locals who flock there. Definitely worth a try

Good for a night or two, but no more. This hotel is over-designed. The vibe is struggling Parisian artist, which unsurprisingly, does not translate to a very comfortable (or heaven forbid—a luxury) experience. We were staying in Düsseldorf for five nights ahead of my nephew’s wedding. The bed is short, narrow, and one of the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on. Add another person (my husband) and voila: insomnia. The bathtub on the balcony seemed really neat when we made our reservation. When we checked in, we told the front desk that the light outside didn’t work. Nothing happened. We reported the issue again and were told they couldn’t fix it because it was a German holiday and the technician wasn’t there. The next day we asked twice, nothing happened. Finally I called down to report, once again, that it still doesn’t work and someone offered to bring up candles. We received two small candles, which didn’t provide nearly enough light. The lack of functioning light made it impossible to use the tub at night since you cannot see anything out there and using a phone light seemed like a bad idea. Generally the staff seem really young (adult teenagers was what I said to my husband). No one really cares if you’ve had a nice stay; the person who helped us at checkout and listened to me again talk about the non functioning light never offered recompense but instead said: at least we tried something [with the candles].In our 40s, we are perhaps well outside the 25hours demographic, I guess? Never again.

Very stylish hotel, with Paris theme. Beautiful room, very nicely decorated and good quality fixtures and fittings. Lovely and vibrant rooftop bar. Breakfast in 16th floor restaurant was great quality in a lovely setting. All staff were friendly and provided great service. Overall great value. Would 100% recommend.

The positives:- Stylish hotel with quirky, inviting rooms with good views- Very friendly reception staff that went the extra mile to find a suitable restaurant for us on a busy weekend night- Well connected to the city center and the main station by public transport- Neighborhood Little Tokyo at walking distance- Breakfast is good and of high quality; breakfast room has nice views- Nice, lively bar on the top flow, with great views as well; not the typical hotel barThe negatives:- Restaurant was fully booked, no room/flexibility for spontaneous reservations even for hotel guests - this should not be the case- No coffee/tea maker in the room- Breakfast buffet is squeezed in one little corner of the big breakfast room; another setup would be better to avoid unnecessary crowding and have a nicer experience; for warm beverages other than tea and filter coffee table service applies. However, it took a long time until the coffee finally was served.- Too little capacity for the number of hotelrooms/guests at breakfast. At check-in and by signs in the elevator you are informed that when you prefer to sleep in and have breakfast in the later morning, waiting times are expected. Not a relaxed message, and not what you would expect for a hotel with this price tag. If there are regular issues with this, the hotel should address to solve these rather than 'advising' its guests to choose an earlier timeslot to have a relaxed breakfast experience. All in all, had a good short stay. A different stylish hotel with some smaller issues. Would recommend for a city trip for couples and friends. Less suitable for families with smaller kids.

Additionally, The Paris Club bar is also one of the best roof top bar addresses in the city, as we exclusively serve French ingredients.We truly appreciate the constructive feedback to improve our service. Tea and coffee makers are available in some room categories, for example, Gigantic Sky and Large Sky. We have to admit, during peak hours on the weekend, the restautant might be packed during breakfast. The 25hours hotel stands out in the rather dull city of Düsseldorf. The rooms are well designed with nice details like a Lego board to make small Lego designs or texts. The bed was great. There is also a small sauna with a balcony where you can cool off.
